Refund policy

OVERVIEW

Poetix® Store offers digital products (e-books, guides, downloads) and selected physical items fulfilled through authorized international partners.
Because of the nature of our products and our fulfillment structure, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this No Return & Limited Refund Policy.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NON-REFUNDABLE

All digital products, including downloadable e-books, PDFs, and guides, are delivered instantly after payment.
Because digital content is immediately accessible and cannot be “returned,” these purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

By completing your digital purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once download access has been granted.

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind or misunderstanding of product content
• Incompatibility with your device
• Failure to download after access was provided (unless a technical error occurred on our side)

If you did not receive your download link or access email within 24 hours, please contact info@poetix.eu.
Verified technical delivery errors will be resolved within 3 business days.


2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our physical wellness and lifestyle products are produced on demand and shipped through authorized fulfillment partners.
Each item is made specifically for your order to minimize waste and overproduction.

Because of this on-demand model, returns and exchanges for reasons such as dislike, size preference, or delay are not accepted.
However, a limited quality guarantee applies as follows:

A replacement or refund may be issued if:
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
• You contact info@poetix.eu within 30 days of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.

After review, approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded at our discretion.
Minor color variations may occur due to printing processes and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Please DO NOT send items back to the address printed on your package.
Returns sent to production facilities will not be accepted.
If a return or replacement is authorized, we will provide a dedicated return address or further instructions by email.


2A. WELLNESS & SKINCARE PRODUCTS FULFILLED THROUGH BLANKA (HYGIENE RULE) [EKLENEN MADDE]

Wellness, skincare, and cosmetic products fulfilled through Blanka are non-returnable due to hygiene and product safety regulations.
For these specific items, any damage or defect claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted under Blanka’s hygiene policy.


3. DELIVERY DELAYS AND CUSTOMS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, customs processing, or external logistics factors.
Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes will not constitute valid grounds for a refund.


4. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS OR TECHNICAL ISSUES

In rare cases of accidental duplicate purchase or verified system error, a full refund will be issued after verification by our billing team.


5. RISK OF LOSS AND OWNERSHIP

Ownership and risk of loss for physical items transfer to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed individually and responded to within 3 business days.


7. LEGAL NOTICE

All activities comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), and Estonian law.
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Estonia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Tallinn, Estonia).
